Leveler and Flattener Rolls

The deep-case carburized 8620 leveler roll is one of Bonell’s standard products.  Flattener rolls are used to remove coil set and tension leveler rolls are used to eliminate edge to edge length differences including edgewave and center buckle caused by the rolling process.  As such, we have taken great effort to guarantee a case hardness which is uniform in both depth and across the roll face.  For cold leveler applications, there is no finer, cost effective product available in the world today.
