Bonell offers a quench & temper process to make the appropriate hardness levels for your order.  The quench & temper processes are done to increase the ductility and toughness of the roll.  Bonell can quench with oil, brine or air depending on your roll specifications.  Bonell has the equipment and experience to handle your requirements.
